Delete Your Account

Account Deletion Request

You can permanently delete your EasyPay Assist account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You may create a new account with the same email or phone number after deletion.

Method 1 — Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside EasyPay Assist:

1. 1Open the EasyPay Assist app on your device
2. 2Tap Profile (bottom navigation bar, rightmost tab)
3. 3Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section
4. 4Tap Delete Account
5. 5Read the confirmation dialog carefully, then tap Delete My Account
6. 6Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out

Method 2 — Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

support@geekywebtech.com

Please include your registered email address or mobile number so we can identify your account. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• User profile — your name, email address, and phone number
• Family connections — all trusted contacts in your network
• Payment requests — your request history is anonymized or deleted
• Uploaded screenshots — all payment proof images you uploaded
• Device notification tokens — push notification registrations revoked
• App PIN & security settings — all local security preferences

After Deletion

After your account is deleted, you can create a new EasyPay Assist account using the same email address or phone number. Your previous data will not be restored.

Deletion requests submitted through the app are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
