Delete Your Account

Account Deletion Request

You can permanently delete your CartiGo account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You may create a new account with the same email or phone number after deletion.

Method 1 — Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the CartiGo app:

1. 1Open the CartiGo app on your device
2. 2Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar)
3. 3Scroll down to Account section
4. 4Tap Delete Account
5. 5Read the confirmation dialog carefully, then tap Confirm Delete
6. 6Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out

Method 2 — Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

support@geekywebtech.com

Please include your registered email address or phone number so we can identify your account. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• User profile — your name, email, phone number, and avatar
• Delivery addresses — all saved shipping addresses
• Order history — all past orders and their details
• Wishlist — all saved products
• Reviews & ratings — all product reviews you submitted
• Cart items — any items currently in your shopping cart
• Return requests — all return/refund request history
• Notifications — all in-app notifications and push token

After Deletion

After your account is deleted, you can create a new CartiGo account using the same email address or phone number. Your previous data will not be restored.

Deletion requests submitted through the app are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
